The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase/order confirmation must be provided.
Photos or videos of the issue may be required for verification.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and supplier-related reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Opened or used cosmetics and personal care products
Items damaged due to misuse
Products without original packaging
Clearance, sale, or promotional items
Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

6. Delivery Delays

As a dropshipping business, some orders may require additional processing or international shipping time. Delivery estimates are provided for reference and delays caused by couriers, customs, or suppliers are beyond our direct control.
