As a dropshipping store, products may be shipped from different supplier warehouses.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UAE Orders: 5–12 business days

  • International Orders: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Customs clearance

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • High shipping volumes


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Product weight/size

  • Shipping method selected

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if available).

Please allow up to 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.


5. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers

  • Failed deliveries due to incomplete contact information

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment requests.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the issue with the courier.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility.


8. Split Shipments

Since we operate through multiple suppliers, items from the same order may arrive separately.
